No, the two campuses are the two factions. There can be small rivalry between dorms if characters want to, but due to the nature of RP characters this is unlikely as it wont be 'encouraged' by the staff.

What Elle meant was if we made each dorm a seperate faction (as sugested in your origional post) it would make things a bit too complicated, hence the reason for the schools and having two factions.
